Built around the hub of our National Blacktech Week Conference (www.blacktechweek.com) in Miami, Code Fever Miami offers a series of year-round adult programming geared towards minority entrepreneurs and techies. BlackTech Week builds and diversifies startup ecosystems. The BlackTech Week national conference was designed to support entrepreneurs of color who are in the startup phase of potential high-growth businesses. BTW provides an inclusive and innovative convening for investment in entrepreneurs of color promoting and supporting sustainable economic development in our communities. Since it’s inception, BlackTech Week has convened over 3,000 techies, career professionals and startup founders from diverse backgrounds. BlackTech Week offers several events and programs for minority entrepreneurs year-round. Through programs like our Venture Capitalist (VC) in Residence, we offer entrepreneurs access to mentorship sessions with venture capitalists for invaluable advice on funding and scaling their businesses. With our popular Monthly Office Hour workshops, we provide free and reduced costs workshops and networking events in various subject areas geared towards economic development, technology, business education, and financial literacy. We recently expanded the Blacktech Week conference to include a national Blacktech Weekend Tour with the aim of diversifying and building startup ecosystems in black communities across the United States.
